What skin types are Michael Malul products suitable for?
Our products are appropriate for all skin types: fragrance longevity is dependent on your PH and lasts longer on moisturized skin. All of our products are tested and registered through the IFRA (International Fragrance Association).
Is Michael Malul cruelty free?
Michael Malul is committed to being cruelty free: this means we do not test on animals at any stage of product development, and we will only work with vendors who uphold the same standards.
Can I sell the products on my own site?
We ask that your purchase is for your own personal use. By purchasing Michael Malul products, you agree not to resell or distribute such products for any commercial purposes.
Can you assist with a product I bought from a third-party marketplace?
We’re only able to guarantee the authenticity of products purchased on michaelmalul.com at our retail locations, and through authorized partnerships. With this, we are unable to process returns or exchanges or otherwise assist with orders not placed through our website.
How can I update my order?
Please email us at email@example.com as soon as possible if you would like to cancel or change your order. Our fulfillment center processes orders quickly, but we’ll do our best to process your request. If the order has not been processed, we can assist with any changes that need to be made.
How can I check the status of my order?
You should receive an e-mail with tracking info once the label has been created. If you did not receive any communication from us regarding your order, please e-mail us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number and we will be able to provide your tracking information.
Can I use multiple promo codes at checkout?
You can use one promo code per order.
Can I use a promo code on top of another promotion?
Our promo codes are not active during the time we are running a sitewide sale or when a specific product is on sale.

We currently ship to the 50 states, Puerto Rico, Canada and Mexico. You may experience longer delivery times when shipping to Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, and remote areas in Canada.

When will my order ship?
Once we receive your order, we will process it and then ship it to the destination.
Orders placed Monday through Thursday before 2pm EST will be processed the same business day or the following. Any order placed after 2pm on Thursday will be processed the following Monday.
I didn't receive my tracking info.
Sorry about that! In a few cases, the carrier takes 1-2 business days to register your shipment status. If you never received tracking information, please reach out to firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number and we will provide you your tracking information.
How do I place a return or exchange? What is your return policy?
We will accept returns and exchanges for items purchased online based on the following requirements. We will not accept a return or exchange if requested more than 21 days after the purchase. Unopened boxes will receive a full refund to the original payment method. Opened boxes and gently used fragrances will have a 30% re-stocking fee. We encourage you to try our sample vials (available on our shop page) or visit your nearest perfume retailer to sample our fragrances.

I can’t find my return slip.
Michael Malul does not include return slips in shipment, nor do we offer free returns. If you would like, you can email us at email@example.com and request a return label and we will deduct the cost of shipping from the amount that will go back to your payment method for the return.
How long does it take to process a return?
Credit card refunds usually take 5-10 business days to appear on your statement upon receival of product being returned.
What should I do if I receive the wrong product?
Sorry about that! Please reach out to firstname.lastname@example.org and we will send you a return label to send that product back and get the correct product shipped to you as soon as possible.
How do gift exchanges work?
If you were gifted with our product and would like to do an exchange, we would need the order number to process this request to ensure the product was purchased from our website. If you are able to acquire the order number, please reach out to email@example.com and we can assist with your exchange.
