We’re only able to guarantee the authenticity of products purchased on michaelmalul.com at our retail locations, and through authorized partnerships. With this, we are unable to process returns or exchanges or otherwise assist with orders not placed through our website.
Please email us at info@michaelmalul.com as soon as possible if you would like to cancel or change your order. Our fulfillment center processes orders quickly, but we’ll do our best to process your request. If the order has not been processed, we can assist with any changes that need to be made.
You should receive an e-mail with tracking info once the label has been created. If you did not receive any communication from us regarding your order, please e-mail us at info@michaelmalul.com with your order number and we will be able to provide your tracking information.
You can use one promo code per order.
Our promo codes are not active during the time we are running a sitewide sale or when a specific product is on sale.

Please note that orders are processed during business hours Monday through Thursday. Any order placed after 2pm on Thursday will be processed the following Monday.
We currently ship to all 50 States in the U.S., Puerto Rico and Canada. We will be opening more shipping zones in Europe in April 2022. You may experience longer delivery times when shipping to Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, and remote areas in Canada.

Once we receive your order, we will process it and then ship it to the destination.
Orders placed Monday through Thursday before 2pm EST will be processed the same business day or the following. Any order placed after 2pm on Thursday will be processed the following Monday.
We will accept returns and exchanges in the U.S. for items purchased online based on the following requirements. We will not accept a return or exchange if requested more than 21 days after the purchase. Unopened boxes will receive a full refund to the original payment method. Opened boxes and gently used fragrances will have a 30% re-stocking fee. We encourage you to try our sample vials (available on our shop page) or visit your nearest perfume retailer to sample our fragrances.
Please note, we currently do not offer returns or exchanges for orders placed outside of the United States. This is only temporary, and we will provide the same return policy for our international customers beginning in April 2022.

Michael Malul does not include return slips in shipment, nor do we offer free returns. If you would like, you can email us at info@michaelmalul.com and request a return label and we will deduct the cost of shipping from the amount that will go back to your payment method for the return.
Credit card refunds usually take 5-10 business days to appear on your statement upon receival of product being returned.
If you were gifted with our product and would like to do an exchange, we would need the order number to process this request to ensure the product was purchased from our website. If you are able to acquire the order number, please reach out to info@michaelmalul.com and we can assist with your exchange.
