Most homes are filled with plastic that will typically only be used once before it’s thrown away or recycled. While recycling plastic is always a good idea, experts agree it isn’t a solution. Only 5 – 10% of plastic is reclaimed for recycling. Even when it is recycled, most plastic still eventually ends up in landfills, lakes, and/ or oceans.
While plastic can make life a little easier, at Michael Malul, we knew there was a better solution. We have used plastic-free packaging from the start! Check our fragrance boxes for the plastic-free stamp.
We’re only able to guarantee the authenticity of products purchased on michaelmalul.com at our retail locations, and through authorized partnerships. With this, we are unable to process returns or exchanges or otherwise assist with orders not placed through our website.
Please email us at [email protected] as soon as possible if you would like to cancel or change your order. Our fulfillment center processes orders quickly, but we’ll do our best to process your request. If the order has not been processed, we can assist with any changes that need to be made.
You should receive an e-mail with tracking info once the label has been created. If you did not receive any communication from us regarding your order, please e-mail us at [email protected] with your order number and we will be able to provide your tracking information.
You can use one promo code per order.
Our promo codes are not active during the time we are running a sitewide sale or when a specific product is on sale.
Due to recent challenges with our shipping partner, we will be pausing all international shipments effective August 1, 2024. Please note: any and all orders placed prior to August 1 will be fulfilled and shipped.
Our team is working diligently to find a comprehensive solution and will resume international shipping as soon as possible. In the meantime, we encourage our customers in the UK to purchase our products through Amazon UK!

Please note that orders are processed during business hours Monday through Thursday. Any order placed after 2pm on Thursday will be processed the following Monday.
We currently ship to all 50 States in the U.S., Puerto Rico, and Canada.
You may experience longer delivery times when shipping to Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, and remote areas in Canada.

Once we receive your order, we will process it and then ship it to the destination.
Orders placed Monday through Thursday before 2pm EST will be processed the same business day or the following. Any order placed after 2pm on Thursday will be processed the following Monday.
Sorry about that! In a few cases, the carrier takes 1-2 business days to register your shipment status. If you never received tracking information, please reach out to [email protected] with your order number and we will provide you your tracking information.
Once the package leaves our facility and is in the hands of the carrier service (UPS or USPS), it becomes the responsibility of the carrier and the customer. Any issues regarding the delivery, including but not limited to delays, damages, or losses, must be addressed directly with the respective carrier service. We are not liable for any damages, losses, or delays that occur after the package has been handed over to the carrier. However, we will do our best to assist you in resolving any issues by providing relevant shipment information and documentation.
We will accept returns and exchanges in the U.S. for items purchased online based on the following requirements. We will not accept a return or exchange if requested more than 21 days after the purchase. Unopened boxes will receive a full refund to the original payment method. Opened boxes and gently used fragrances will have a 30% re-stocking fee. We encourage you to try our Discovery Set or visit your nearest perfume retailer to sample our fragrances.
Online orders may be returned by mail and shipped to the following address: 3540 E. 5th Ave Columbus, Ohio 43219. Please note, we will not be accepting any returns or exchanges for international orders.
Michael Malul does not include return slips in shipment, nor do we offer free returns. If you would like, you can email us at [email protected] and request a return label and we will deduct the cost of shipping from the amount that will go back to your payment method for the return.
Credit card refunds usually take 5-10 business days to appear on your statement upon receival of product being returned.
