Ordering from their website is easy and user friendly
Ordering from their website is easy and user friendly. Their customer service team are great. I had an issue with the third party payment service "Shop" where it changed the address from what was on the Michael Malul sites order, but the CS team were great in assisting with placing a new. I did however lose the money from that original purchase as the original order was shipped to the wrong address and unable to be recovered.
