Order Processing
All orders are processed during regular business hours, Monday through Thursday.
Orders placed Monday through Thursday before 2:00 PM EST are typically processed the same business day or the following day.
Orders placed after 2:00 PM on Thursday or over the weekend will be processed on the following Monday.
Shipping Options & Rates
Shipping Destinations: We offer ground shipping to all 50 U.S. states and Canada. Please note that due to the nature of our products, all orders are shipped via ground transportation.
United States: Free standard shipping on all orders.
Canada: Shipping rates are calculated at checkout and vary based on the carrier and delivery location.
We ship via UPS, USPS, or FedEx, depending on destination and availability.
Estimated Delivery Times
• United States: 3–5 business days
• Canada: 12–15 business days
• Pre-orders: Please allow 4–5 weeks for delivery

APO/FPO/DPO Military Addresses
While we are unable to ship directly to military addresses at this time, our products are available for purchase through The Exchange and Amazon, both of which offer shipping to APO, FPO, and DPO locations.
International Shipping
Due to ongoing challenges with our shipping partners, we have temporarily paused all international shipments effective August 1, 2024.
All international orders placed before that date have been fulfilled and shipped.
Our team is actively working to implement a new global shipping solution, and international service will resume as soon as possible.
In the meantime, customers in the United Kingdom may purchase our products through Amazon UK.

Tracking & Delivery Issues
Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email confirmation with your tracking number.
After a package leaves our facility and is in the hands of the carrier (UPS, USPS, or FedEx), responsibility for delivery transfers to the carrier and the customer.
Any delivery issues — including delays, damages, or losses — must be addressed directly with the carrier.
While we are not liable for issues that occur after shipment, our team will gladly assist by providing tracking details and any necessary documentation.
Address Accuracy & Undeliverable Packages
Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping information at checkout. We are not responsible for packages that are delayed, lost, or returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
